These terms apply when you use alsiratech.com or work with AlSira Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). Every project also gets its own written proposal. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins for that project.
Who we are
AlSira Technologies is a digital agency run by its founders in Pakistan and is not yet a registered company. You can reach us at contact@alsiratech.com or on WhatsApp.
Using our website
- Our website content is for general information and may change without notice.
- Don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through our forms or copying it in bulk.
- Only submit your own details in our contact form. We email a confirmation to the address you enter.
- Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and code on alsiratech.com belong to AlSira Technologies unless stated otherwise. Client work shown in our portfolio belongs to the respective clients and is shown with their permission. Please don’t reuse our content without asking.
Enquiries and proposals
- Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or commit you to anything.
- We send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. Unless it says otherwise, a proposal is valid for 30 days.
- A project starts once you accept the proposal in writing (email is fine) and make any payment the proposal asks for.
Payments
- Prices, payment stages and due dates are set in your proposal.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid, and the timeline moves accordingly.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins or stock assets are charged separately unless the proposal includes them.
Working together
- Good projects need timely input. You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access when needed.
- Delays in feedback or materials can move the timeline.
- You confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos or data you give us to use.
Revisions and changes
Your proposal sets out what is included, including revision rounds. Requests outside that scope are welcome; we will quote them separately before doing the work.
Ownership of the work
- Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as your website design and content.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and give you the right to use them as part of your project.
- Third-party items (themes, plugins, fonts, images) stay under their own licences.
- We may show the finished work in our portfolio. If you prefer we don’t, just tell us.
Ongoing services
Website maintenance and SEO run as ongoing plans. What is included, the monthly price and the notice period for cancelling are set in your plan or proposal.
Results and responsibility
- We work with care and skill and to the standards set in your proposal.
- We can’t guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic or sales, because these depend on things outside our control.
- We are not responsible for outages or changes by third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins or search engines.
- Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your project. We will sign a separate NDA if you need one.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project in writing if things aren’t working out. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over the work you have paid for.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect projects already agreed in a signed proposal.
